I’m Mia Caesar, a co‑founder of Thirst Quencher, a mocktail pouch brand that turns everyday moments into small celebrations. My role in Thirst Quencher has been very diverse:
- Financial Management: I played a role in the management of the product by contributing to the planning of the variable costs such as ingredients and arranged the finances at the beginning of the project to ensure a steady and budget friendly process.
- Creative Strategy: I also had my share of creative work such as building the Instagram account and suggesting the drink types and recipes that we would be offering.

Experience
Barista – Bubble Tea & Coffee
Worked as a barista in a busy bubble tea and coffee shop, serving custom drinks and talking with customers every day. This experience shaped how I think about Thirst Quencher: fun, colourful and refreshing, but also focused on clear, friendly service and making sure everyone leaves with something that feels made just for them.
Studies in Marketing & Business
At sixth form I chose subjects that focused on business, media and people, which first sparked my interest in how brands speak to their audiences. Now at university, I’m building on that with marketing and business‑focused modules, learning how strategy, storytelling and data all come together. This background helps me bring a more structured, audience‑aware view to the creative work we do at Thirst Quencher.
